RETURNS & REFUNDS

We want you to be 100% satisfied with any online order placed with us.

If you wish to return an item for any reason, please contact us by email keenanstore@alltech.com with your order number and the reason that you wish to complete the return and we will follow up with you as quickly as possible. Alternatively, please phone 059 9771200.

Goods can be returned for a full refund plus shipping if they are faulty or if the wrong item has been dispatched. If the goods have been dispatched as ordered, they can be returned for a refund, but only for the cost of the goods. We are not liable for the original shipping if they have incurred a delivery charge.

All returns must be organised within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note that if items are returned you should ask for proof of postage and tracking from your post office or courier as we reserve the right to refuse a refund if an item is lost when being returned.

Items must be unused and still have all original labels attached. When it arrives back to us, we should be able to sell it again as new.

Nothing in these conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Refunds will be credited as soon as possible (less any delivery charge paid where applicable) through your original bank or credit card company. If you paid in full or in part with a KEENAN gift voucher, you will receive the refund as store credit.

Please note refunds/exchanges are not permitted on hats or pens.
